Join the Arcadia Beverage team as a Sleever Operator and lead our dynamic production facility to new heights of success! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our vibrant team. If you’re ready to make a splash in the world of beverages, apply now to be a part of our refreshing journey! This is a second shift position with hours from 2pm - 10:30pm, Monday through Friday with eligibility of a 7% shift differential.

What You'll Do:
- Cross training on various roles within the facility and machines
- Efficiently operate and changeover the Sleever in a timely manner
- Understand all aspects of Sleever functions
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings for maximum efficiency
- Maintain OEE standards
- Fill out proper documentation as required
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
- Effectively communicate operational issues with Leadership Team
- Operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow and monitor all guidelines and procedures
- Work together with small teams to plan and execute daily on production needs
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards
- Follow company procedures regarding safety and quality
