ABOUT US:

Beehaven Inc (affiliated with NW Natural Lighting and NNL Precision Railing) is a dynamic, family-owned business with 30 years as a leader in the commercial and residential specialty construction space. Our core business focuses on the installation of architectural metal systems (stainless-steel and aluminum) on commercial buildings across the Pacific Northwest.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This is a field position that will require residential installations of Solatubes and related products. This role will consist of the below:

• Accurately assess site conditions (roof pitch, type of roof, suitability of build site for product) and measurements
• Execute accurate field measures and cut roofing/materials (including, but not limited to wood and metal)
• Assembly and installation of Solatube products, ensuring appropriate sealing and finish work is completed prior to vacating the site
• Working from rooftop elevations from 1-3 stories daily
• On-site collection of payments for balances due for services
• Working with homeowners, maintaining current contacts and sourcing new opportunities by networking with on-site clients, and contractors as able

THE DETAILS:

Please note that candidates without a driver license and a clean driving record will not be considered for this role.

• Two or more years of construction/residential installation (required), roofing experience preferred
• Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams (required)
• Experience using a CRM system (Hubspot preferred)
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Effective and efficient time management, with strong organizational skills
• Customer care experience
• Proactive in approach and have good problem-solving skills
• High energy, positive "can do" attitude with a strong work ethic
• Strong desire to work productively and independently in a team environment
• Persuasive, persistent, and have the desire to learn new things
• Passionate about ethical sales and representing only quality products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
