SKINCARE Manufacturer Coordinator - WATERLESS BEAUTY

This position is responsible for product innovation, from product conception and formula to schedule management and proper manufacture and bottler. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and enthusiastic about the development of cosmetics and will make an important contribution to the further development of the brands.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Work with Manufacturer and bottlers to advance OTP's formula concept and innovation.
• You have contacts with different manufacturers and bottlers all sizes
• Lead timeline and project management
• Create and manage project timelines to track key project milestones for review with the Director.
• Close communication with foreign/domestic partners on sample approval process and production schedules.
• Fix errors and increase efficiency with proactive recommendations for workflow improvements
• Collaborate with the product development team and marketing to ensure accurate and vibrant product copy

• Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in developing Waterless Skincare products
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Possess a positive personality and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Able to collaborate with cross-team and cross-functional partners
• Can work independently as well as be an active team playerInitiative and eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour
