Fairmont Tower Project
Are you ready to be a part of a transformative project? Fairmont Towers in downtown Shreveport is gearing up for a full-scope renovation project. We are actively seeking skilled and unskilled individuals and subcontractors that meet the Section 3 qualifications to take part in this 15 story, 254-unit multifamily housing renovation.
Skilled Workers:
HVAC
PLUMBING
ELECTRIC
FIRE SPRINKLER
FIRE ALARMFLOORING
MASONRY
CARPENTRY (Drywall, Paint, etc.)
Unskilled Workers:
GENERAL LABOR
CLEANING
We encourage qualified individuals and/or businesses to register as a Section 3 income or business entity. Section 3 requirements can be found at:

Requirements:
Proven experience in construction or related fields (skilled subcontractors and workers)
Must have the ability to walk and be on your feet for 8 hours and lift 50lbs.
Must have the ability to pass a drug screen.
Applications can be received and submitted in person at the Empire Construction Office at Fairmont Tower, 726 Cotton St, Shreveport LA, 71101, between the hours of 10AM and Noon CST, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
