- Conduct new hire orientation in both a classroom and training cell setting.
- Communicate objectives to the team; focusing on company goals.
- Provide direction for line associates.
- Be responsible for quality of the products in assigned area.
- Ensures line associates are trained by using work instructions specific to that area.
