Skilled Nursing Home Administrator

Oak Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking a Skilled Nursing Home Administrator to lead our great team!

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications, but will start at $95,000.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest level of care for residents
- Supervise and manage a team of caregivers and support staff
- Coordinate and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to Nursing Home care, home care, dementia care, senior care, memory care, and resident rights
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided to residents
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor medication administration and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to address any concerns or issues that may arise

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Nursing Home or similar healthcare setting is required
- Knowledge of Nursing Home regulations, medication administration protocols, and resident rights is essential
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

- Must possess a current, unencumbered Arkansas Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
