SalaryWages Based on Experience: Minimum 5+ years. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can meet the following requirements and expectations:
- Is proficient in all aspects of remodeling. Including but not limited to; Demo, Framing, Basic Plumbing & Electrical Rules, Floor & Tile Installation, Roofing, Drywall, and Finish Work.
- Performs carpentry work in accordance with plans, building codes, and specifications
- Communicates well and effectively with all Staff, Customers, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Project Managers to keep them all aware of the job progress and any help needed.
- Able to complete a job from start to finish relatively independently and with confidence
- Tracks job costs and labor hours correctly ensuring each job has a complete Job Folder.
- Quickly and effectively corrects any quality control issues by proactively locating problems and handling with proper solutions.
- Requires very little supervision by Project Manager
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Follows safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
