Skilled Asphalt Crew Member

**EXPERIENCED LUTE MEN NEEDED**

Smith Paving is hiring to add Skilled Asphalt professionals to our paving crew, as well as unskilled general laborers. We are a family-run asphalt paving company that prides ourselves in prompt, quality work. If you are talented in the field, as well as motivated and trustworthy, this may be the job for you.

Jobs include general laborers, shovelers, luters, and finish-men, as well as screed and machine operators.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to cooperate with others on the crew to maintain a positive working environment with everyone working towards the betterment of the team.
• Must take pride in doing quality work.
• Good physical condition, ability to maneuver around the jobsite and preform.
• Be on time, daily.
• Must be able to work weekends if needed.
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed.

Preferred

• Paving experience.
• Paving skills (luting, screw, finishing, etc)
• Driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
