Skid Steer Operator

Summary of Position:

Allstate is recruiting an experienced Skid Steer Operator to support site development operations in central Florida.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to drive and operate Bobcats
• Scrape Residential Lots
• Driveway Cuts
• Pad Builds
• Stucco Grades 
• Culvert Installs
• Rough and Final Grades within 2 tenths
• Must Be able to run a laser level.
• Assists in other areas of department or other departments as required
• Presents a professional and helpful appearance
• Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-3 recent years of experience with tools or heavy equipment.
• 2+ years of experience grading on Skid Steers and or box blades.
• Experience with other types of heavy equipment.
• Good communication skills (oral and written)

Work Environment:

Work is performed outside in varying types of environmental conditions. The requirements of this position involve extended periods of strenuous physical activity under various field and weather conditions. Applicant must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.
