Peraton requires a Deployment Specialist to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3. Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network
Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manages deployment support for program personnel deploying within CONUS, to OCONUS, or to austere environments in support of emergent USSOCOM requirements.
• Coordinates and collaborates with program staff and government stakeholders to plan, and execute deployment plans and operations while managing the Team Peraton Deployment process IAW H.17.
• Collaborates with program staff and government stakeholders to ensure Team Peraton staff identified for deployment have participated in and successfully completed necessary contractor pre-deployment qualification training.
• Coordinates and collaborates with Workforce Management staff to develop and deliver deployment-related new-join in-brief and awareness sustainment training for EOM personnel as required.
• Coordinates and collaborates with DPMs, Service Owners, Site Leads, regional Workforce Managers, and the government to plan, coordinate, and manage OCONUS assignment of personnel IAW H.17 and H.18. Coordinates and collaborates with regional Workforce Managers to validate identified personnel are deployable; coordinates and collaborates with Senior Workforce Data Analyst to ensure personnel are submitted and processed through the DOCPER process for assignment to Germany and the UK.
• Works on unusually complex technical personnel deployment problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative; Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
• Some positions may require working a non-traditional work schedule to support the needs of the customer.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Qualifications
- BS Degree and 5 years experience, or MS Degree and 3 years experience, or PhD and 0 years experience.
Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education. - Prior experience as a Deployment Manager/Specialist at the Battalion or Squadron level in a miitary or similar size civilian organization.
