The Site Supervisor instills the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership through training and implementation. Requirements:
- Must be able to effectively lead and communicate with a team of officers
- Must be ready to train and mentor new and current employees on specifics of site and Securitas policy/procedure
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
- Walking/standing for long periods of time
- Flexible work availability
- Strong computer knowledge needed
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years old
