Site Supervisor: The scope of the effort will focus primarily on the following areas: Logistics Services, Maintenance Services & Administrative Services.
Location: Various Locations; Ft. Polk, LA; Ft. Knox, KY; Birmingham, AL; Anniston, AL; Ft. Jackson, SC
Salary: Negotiable
Start date: Contingent upon award
Education: HS required, Bachelor's preferred.
Site Supervisor Qualifications :
- Minimum of five years documented experience in of working with Army Reserve Command or other DoD equivalent, including experience in Logistical and maintenance programs.
- Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop timely and economical solutions.
- Possess the experience in supervising 10-15 personnel within and outside of the primary location workspace.
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans and memorandums of instruction.
- Develop business procedures, ensure implementation, allocate workload, supervise contractor employees, monitor equipment inventory, maintain quality control, and place orders when necessary.

We have been providing multi-functional logistics services to the Department of Defense (DoD) for over 14 years. Our portal includes a Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)-approved cost accounting system which allows us to determine and manage all costs that are applicable to our various contracts.
