About The Role - Site Supervisor (Joanna SC)
This role primarily supports Quarrying and Construction site operational activities in the South Carolina area. This position will supervise the activities associated with the safe and reliable execution of Orica's products and services.

About The Role - Site Supervisor (Joanna SC)
This role primarily supports Quarrying and Construction site operational activities in the South Carolina area. This position will supervise the activities associated with the safe and reliable execution of Orica's products and services.
What you will be doing
- Reliable maintenance and regulatory compliance of Orica's equipment
- Managing the resource scheduling
- Managing the inventory
- Supervising site administration submissions
- Creating, managing and submitting Orica Safety, Health, Environment and Security monthly reporting
- This person will manage a team of 4.
What you will bring
- Must be able to manage the business, budget and head count planning.
- Blasting experience is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
- Organization, attentive to detail, time management and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Inventory management experience is required
- Proven success in customer interaction
- SAP experience is preferred
Your qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in appropriate field is nice to have, but you must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of management experience.

Compensation Range
- Salary Rate $75,000 - $95,000
- Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
