Site Safety & Health Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Safety & Health Coordinator to join our team for a project in Great Falls, MT. Candidate can be located in Great Falls or be willing to travel from Butte/Anaconda area and stay during the work week in Great Falls. We will provide compensation for room and per diem.

As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating and controlling health, safety, security, and environmental hazards at construction and remediation sites . We are currently seeking a candidate for an upcoming project in Great Falls, MT for the next two construction seasons.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in task risk assessments for tasks through out the Project.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, including OSHA standards and corporate policies and procedures
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential hazards
- Collaborate with subcontractors, to ensure subcontractors are approved and trained before starting work on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or non-compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including permits, licenses, and inspections
- Assist site foreman to prepare and/or lead daily toolbox meetings.

- Attend daily toolbox meetings and progress meetings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
- Proven experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of EHS practices and compliance management
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $28.00 - $30.25 per hour
