Site Monitor - Summer Food Program

Position Title: Site Monitor – Summer Food Program

Position Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (May – August)

Salary: $18.00

This position will be responsible for ensuring the overall operation of assigned sites and staff to include: maintaining records, preparing reports, visiting sites and reviewing food service operations, suggesting and implementing corrective action, conducting on-site training, transports and picks up meals when necessary, and other duties as assigned. This position will be a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and 3-year clean driving record
• Ability to pass DCF Level II background screening and drug test

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position generally works M – F, between 8:00AM – 5:00PM; Work is conducted both indoors and outside.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time, bending and squatting on occasion
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. on occasion
• Ability to hear at a normal conversational level
