This role will own:

  • Merchandising: Own and execute multi-brand product strategies on DTC & B2b with a strong focus on merchandising strategies to enhance product discoverability, drive sales, and improve the overall consumer journey.
  • Product Presentation: Curate and organize product collections, ensuring that they are visually appealing and aligned with seasonal trends, promotions, and marketing initiatives. This can be through the B2b sell-in season as well as DTC in-season to drive sales.
  • Content Management: Upload, edit, and manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing information to maintain accurate and up-to-date product pages.
  • Category Management: Maintain and optimize category pages, ensuring products are appropriately categorized, and filters are working efficiently to aid customer navigation.
  • Search Optimization: Implement and maintain search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve product visibility and search rankings.
  • A/B Testing: Collaborate with the analytics team to conduct A/B tests on various merchandising elements and use the insights to make data-driven improvements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor product availability, discontinuations, and stock levels, making recommendations to prevent out-of-stock situations or overstocking.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase the average order value and drive additional revenue.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • User Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience by partnering with UX team and digital designers to optimize navigation, load times, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across the website.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to site merchandising efforts and provide actionable insights.

Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of Proven experience in DTC & B2b e-commerce merchandising or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and its application to e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce digital platforms and content management systems (Shopify & Salesforce)
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies
