Resumes are being accepted for the immediate part-time Site Manager position for a (30) unit Condominium Association in West Maui.
12-16 hours per week, starting at $25.00 per hour.
Duties included but not limited to:
Candidates will be required to be responsible for cleanliness of all common areas including, but not limited to, pool deck, BBQ area, laundry room, and parking lots.
Maintain exterior of all buildings including minor repairs as needed.
Inspect, clean, maintain and perform minor repairs to common areas.
Owners, residents, and guests’ compliance with the association House Rules.
On call for after-hours emergencies i.e. Flood, Fire, Loss of Life.
Valid State of Hawaii Driver’s License and dependable mode of transportation .

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
