Job Purpose
The Site Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing operation. Works closely with Executive Leadership to set and achieve plant goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the day-to-day plant operations of the facility, including but not limited to, safety, quality, production, maintenance, scheduling and distribution
- Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
- Works closely with remote Controller to create and manage budgets
- Recruit, train and onboard new employees
- Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
- Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage
- Positive, effective leader.

- Must be inquisitive, creative, analytical, positive, and detail oriented.
- Proficient in use of project management software, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.

- Negative pre-employment drug screen and ability to pass criminal background check.
- Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development
- Ability to travel as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology management, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in plant management, preferably in a manufacturing related industry.
- Experience in leading a positive culture around safety and quality.
- Plastics processing and injection molding and thermoforming experience preferred.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Ability to identify and develop talent in building a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Ability to create/evaluate plant performance metrics, diagnose and resolve issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills to isolate and solve problems with production to meet customer expectations.
