The Site IT Technician maintains and supervises the operations of the infrastructure and equipment of the site. They participate in implementations or evolutions of infrastructure, hardware and software applications of the site and contribute to the maintenance of the site's applications in accordance with the maintenance / operation contract. Asset management and security are the focus of the position.
Key Expected Achievements:
•Provide service level to ensure users satisfaction (availability of applications, equipment and services)
•Ensure performance and conformity of IT equipment
•Ensure effectiveness of all interventions (diagnostic quality, temporary services offered, respect of intervention timeline, etc)
•Ensure efficiency of all interventions (resources used, cost of IT services, proper use of hotlines and support)
•Monitor technical and operational documentation ensuring they are conforming and updated to the needs of the facilty (lists of equipment and software, source files, backups, training material ...)
•Carry out maintenance plan of the defined equipment
Requirements:
Experience in Asset Management:

• Security Patching
• Inventory management
• New PC/VM builds
• Troubleshooting
• End User support

Experience in Network Management:

• Network Cabling
• Network Termination
• Knowledge of IP Addressing and Subnets
• IP Address Management
• Switch Configurations
• Network Troubleshooting
• Cable Certification
• Knowledge of Multi-mode and Single-mode fiber
