About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
The Site Contracts Manager is responsible for the supervision of administration and negotiation processes for clinical Site Contracts. They will ensure clinical Site Contracts are compliant with regulations, company and client’s requirements. The Site Contracts Manager will identify clinical Site Contracts related issues and works together with other team members to propose and implement solutions.
As part of our Study Start Up team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains company goals, unit objectives, and specific project aims.
- Communicates metrics and other relevant project information to departmental and project leadership.
- Works together with the Study Start Up team and Project Managers to ensure clinical site contract key milestones are achieved.
- Provides input regarding country strategy based on clinical Site Contracts timelines and requirements.
- Ensures clinical Site Contracts templates are maintained.
- Generates clinical Site Contracts documents and assist in generating status reports; proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Legal degree preferred.
- Experience in clinical research industry preferred.
- Knowledge of the clinical research process as well as legal and contracting parameters preferred.
- Strong computer skills in office software.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, administration, team work, organizational and interpersonal skills.
