Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Site Civil EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
- Assist the Senior Engineer with site assessments/studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation, and graphic presentation.
- Design site layout, utility layout, grading, and drainage
- Complete routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard criteria and procedures
- Produce construction documents (plans, specifications, narratives, quantity take-offs, construction costs)
- Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects
- Construction administration and site visits
- Work independently on small projects or as a team on larger projects
- Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, MicroStation a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- EIT certification strongly preferred. Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of 'Coordinator' and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
