Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight as directed by shift supervisor and/or Lead
- Assist with Material Handling able to handle cartons weighing up to 50 pounds
- Maintain an acceptable level of productivity
- Operates a Forklift to move and pick products for shipping/receiving activities throughout the warehouse
- Ensure complete product accuracy on each order/pallets while maintain safety operational standards.
- Maintain an acceptable level of productivity
- Receive daily work assignments from supervision and/or lead
- Verify shipping documents, shipping labels, and purchase orders
- Responsible for maintaining clean and safe work area
- Participation in ongoing training opportunities
***Please note inhouse forklift testing is required before operating our forklifts.***
Who we are looking for
- 1 year of Sit-down Forklift Experience required
- 1 year of Sit-down Clamp Experience required
- Proficient with a RF Scanner

Pay Range:
$18-$19 per hour
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
