Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health.
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase software.
• Ability to provide a 24-hour turnaround time for OASIS documentation.
• Reliable transportation and active car insurance.
• Active New Mexico RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
