Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sign Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sign Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the sales process with their sales team, from initial design and estimating to final contract signing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and organization, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. This person will also be passionate about finding new clients and opportunities to pass on to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop proposals and quotes for potential clients
- Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and provide additional information
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all leads are properly tracked and followed up on
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Drive new opportunity growth
- Develop new relationships with GC's, Architects and Designer
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sign industry
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of sign fabrication and installation processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experienced in-house professional install teams capable of handling all types of installs from interior applications to high rise swing stage installs
