Sign Installer - General Laborer

We are currently seeking Sign Installers - General Laborersto install signs on state highways and other roadways to join our team in Greenville, SC. Our Sign Installers work independently or as part of a sign installation control crew. They may also set up and maintain safe work zones if required. If you enjoy working outdoors and have prior construction industry experience, we encourage you to apply. Those who have experience in other industries such as warehouse or landscaping are also encouraged to apply!
The starting pay is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!
Will need to be able and willing to commute to our branch office in Greenville, SC.

What You'll Do:

• Load up all materials on truck and secure load
• Know and apply all functions of the equipment used in sign installation as well as equipment application
• Operates basic tools such as hydraulic and air pounder, rock drill, shovels, pick, digging bar, level, and a measuring tape
• Performs all general labor duties
• Pounding of bases
• Work zone and truck clean up
• Operating small equipment and hand tools
• Pre-digging, Prep, and pre-prep for sign installation

What We Need from You:

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver's license required
• Comfortable being regularly exposed to outside weather conditions; moving equipment, and machinery parts and working around moving traffic, fumes, airborne particles, and moderate / loud noise levels
• Ability to travel throughout the state and overnight
