Job Title: Siebel Engineers

We are seeking a talented and experienced Siebel Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As a Siebel Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Siebel CRM applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Siebel technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Code and Unit Test changes to Siebel applications.
Required skills/competencies:
- Siebel implementation experience with knowledge of Siebel configuration and scripting.
- Understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model.
- Understanding of relational database concepts, SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.
- Working Knowledge in one or more of the following areas of Siebel: EIM, EAI, Configuration, eScripting and Workflows.
- Experience with Requirements Definition, mapping and gap-analysis.
- Strong technical foundation including structured programming, and structured system analysis and design methods.
- Experience in application design and prototyping of Siebel systems.
- Ability to collaborate with technical peers and functional product owners.
- Demonstrate a degree of creativity with analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the Cruise/Hospitality Industry is preferred.
- Experience with Large Company Enterprise-wide applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Siebel development (configuration and customization)
