The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations of a showroom to maximize the customer experience and drive retail sales. Interacts daily with with local law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS professionals to assist them in product selection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring, supervising, training and assisting employees in customer service, point-of-sale system, store maintenance and product promotions.
- Seeks ways to better promote the showroom, the product lines and service within the showroom.
- Maintains proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, collaborating with Marketing and Merchandising Departments to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
- Implement cross-training of employees to always maintain productivity.
- Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
- Ensure the showroom always remains clean and presentable.
- Completes nightly Point-of-Sales closeout and balance drawers.
- Responsible for creating the monthly staffing schedule for the showroom.
- Completes bi-weekly Time & Attendance preparation for payroll.
- Complies with all Witmer Public Safety Group Policies and Procedures.
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Proven ability to drive outstanding customer experiences.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Good mathematical aptitude and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of public safety field a plus.
Credentials and Experience
- Associate degree in Business Administration or 2 years proven management experience.
- Experience leading a sales team and sales growth.
- Retail sales experience, including inventory management and in-store sales planning.
- Previous customer service or sales support experience helpful.
