Adecco is assisting their client with their search for a Showroom Coordinator.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract

Location: PENSACOLA FL 32514
Pay: $18.00
Duration: 3-6 months (can extend)
Shift: M-F (8am-5pm)
Description:
Short term assignment for now. Showroom greeter, high level customer facing, assist customer with what they are needing, Assist with other office tasks as needed.
Candidates will need to have the following skills to be successful in this position: communication, organizational skills, personable, multi-tasking.
Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom.
Answer incoming showroom calls.
Effectively communicate appointment policy.
Prepare literature packages.
Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders.
Maintain bid follow-up system.
Address “Thank You” cards for whole house selections.
Computer experience, outlook, email, teams and calendar.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
