Our job is to make sure that the Salon Professionals with which we work are the most informed and best educated out there.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging and establishing rapport with customers while informing them about new product introductions and monthly promotions
- Inform clients of promotional opportunities designed to help them save money or make money
- Learn Salon Centric’s brand offering to maximize showroom sales by effectively sharing product knowledge and make recommendation of products to best meet the customer’s needs
- Achieve personal goals and aid in meeting showroom goals
- Perform daily replenishment duties, refilling both home spots and promotional endcaps
- Help process incoming shipments by checking in inventory and stocking of the showroom
- Process customer transactions through the point of sale system
- Establish a clienteling relationship with customers to establish long term relationships
- Utilize practices for loss prevention
- Educate customers about our on-site education offerings
- Inform and help sign customers up for our Level Loyalty program
- Engage customers both in the showroom room and through social media
- Assist in maintaining a clean, neat and organized showroom
- Produce necessary inventory related paperwork
- Perform other duties as requested by Showroom Coordinator
Experience:
- Retail experience is a plus but not required
- Salon/Spa experience is a plus but not required
- Customer Service experience or the desire to provide exceptional customer service is required
- Sales experience is a plus
- Merchandising experience is a plus

- Must be willing to follow company policies
- Must be a good communicator and enjoy engaging customers
- Must be passionate about retail and do well in a creative and fast paced workspace
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds
- Must make every effort to improve skills and job performance
- Must believe and live daily the TEAM concept: be outgoing, caring, pleasant, and assertive
- Must love to sell
Requirements
- Must have own reliable transportation as we sometimes move between locations during the workday. Also, closers are required to drop the nightly deposit at the bank
- Must be interested in or passionate about the professional beauty industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Open availability with flexability
