As a flourishing home improvement and multi-family construction company, we specialize in transforming homes. We're on a continuous growth trajectory and are currently looking for dedicated part-time Showroom Attendants who possess the drive to help us reach new heights year after year, assisting our General Manager in achieving our objectives.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to supplement their income, including military personnel, college students, and those seeking a second job.

Part-Time Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 4(or 5 pm)-8(or 9 pm)
• Saturday: 9:30 am to 3 pm
• Sunday: 11 am to 3 pm (Evening hours are flexible based on staff availability)

Starting wage: $14 to $15 per hour, with a commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week.

Performance Objectives:

• Schedule appointments with customers seeking estimates for windows.
• Welcome customers to the showroom, showcasing our windows, doors, and siding, and becoming proficient in explaining our products.
• Follow up with online leads from Yelp, Google, Angie's List, and other internet sources.
• Make warm calls to existing customers for follow-up (no cold calling!).
• Provide assistance with paperwork from daytime staff.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

• Evening shift

• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
