Short-Term Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Lowell, MA

Job Type: Contract/Temporary

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs for children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments including functional behavior assessments and preference assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Oversee and monitor the implementation of behavior intervention programs
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all services provided

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities
Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must pass a criminal background check
