Shopping Center Maintenance

We are seeking a Shopping Center Maintenance to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

• Repair issues on the interior and exterior of buildings
• Respond to our tenants requests for maintenance repairs 
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Parking lot cleaning and maintenance
• Mowing, landscaping maintenance, and snow removal
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be trustworthy and dependable
• Must be able to work independently and exercise sound judgement
• Must pass pre employment background and drug screening
