We are an industry leader and technology innovator of critical network services to wireless service providers in the IoT, Prepaid Wireless, Mobile Broadband, and Lifeline verticals. Headquartered in Rockville, MD, PWG also has offices in Denver, CO, and Newport, KY. This is an on-site position working from our Rockville, MD warehouse location.

What You Will be Doing

As Shopify Store Manager, your days will be filled with a variety of fast-paced activities including Tier 1 customer service, website management, inventory management, and order fulfillment for our Shopify Store, employee store, and other customer-focused channels. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and regularly updating our online Shopify store presence including SEO tags, product updates, and page listings
• Managing online store orders and communicating with shipping/fulfillment
• Ensuring appropriate physical inventory levels
• Maintaining dashboards and preparing reports of Shopify and related platform activity for internal stakeholders
• Working with internal customers on reordering of inventory and presenting feedback on products in-house
• Processing returns
• Respond to external and internal customer inquiries on order status and product availability
• Utilizing related platforms (Fedex, Printful, Catalyst, etc) to support the fulfillment process
• Ensuring DTC providers (i.e. Printful) are sending Shopify orders according to SLAs
• Regularly examining and testing functionality of Shopify store and installed apps; reporting issues

How You Qualify

We’re seeking a multi-faceted, team-oriented individual who possesses:

• At least 3 years of Shopify management experience
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills and a desire to participate in frequent, productive interactions with our vendors, customers, and employees online and in person
• Ability to confidently take on tasks and manage aspects of the business independently and proactively
• Experience creating targeted, effective, well-written copy and well-designed imagery for advertisements and product listings
• Proficiency with Shopify data analytics, Google Drive, the Adobe Suite, Shopify, and Mailchimp or similar platform
• Rapid comprehension, a high level of adaptability, and strong problem solving skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
