Job Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to perform 3 functions for our business.
1. You must be proficient in Shopify Development. You must understand the platform and be able to make small changes. For more extensive projects, you must manage them by hiring third parties and keeping them on task to finish.
2. You must be able to manage our inventory through Shopify. In this role, you will assist with inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate would update our inventory and add any new products to our Shopify store.
3. Personal Assistant to Owner. Our owner needs job functions completed, which they need more time for. For example, Making phone calls, picking something up, organizing, scanning, etc.; anything that the owner needs help with.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination or as a Personal Assistant is preferred
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record-keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with office management procedures is a plus
