Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our online sales platforms. Working closely with the marketing and development teams, you will ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our existing e-commerce website to enhance user experience and drive sales.
• Regularly update product inventory and add new products to our online store.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
• Monitor website performance and conduct regular quality checks to ensure efficient operation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to recommend and implement improvements.
• Provide technical support to resolve any e-commerce platform issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Shopify
• Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
