Hourly Pay Range: $12.75-13.04hr In addition, our Lube Technicians are eligible for a monthly commission program. Average commission for high performing Lube Technician can add up to $1.50 per hour to your hourly salary. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Perform light duty maintenance on our customers vehicles.
Our services include full-service oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and engine additives. Communicate effectively with our customers about their needs, explaining and presenting our products and benefits without being pushy.
