Job Description:
This position will begin in the disassembly area taking apart Hydraulic Cylinders, hammers and accumulators evaluating and inspecting them for serviceability, creating parts list utilizing various CAT programs all while working safe to give our customers a quality product. The position will progress into the assembly and testing processes over time. The timeline for this progress will depend solely on the technician's attitude, effort, and technical aptitude.

- Must be willing to place safety first and adhere to all company safety programs and policies.
- Must work as a team, communicate effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Troubleshooting of hydraulic components for minor to major repairs.
- Must be willing to work extended hours or possible weekends as workload requires. This position also has the potential to be a nightshift if needed.
- Willing to complete all job tasks as required by team leader, supervisor, and management.
- Shop Service Technician classification.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on CAT equipment.
- Good computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Cat ET & SIS, and other related software platforms.
