About the Position

As a Shop Hand/Laborer at Rentall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our shop and supporting the overall success of our business. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to equipment maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and general shop organization. Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning, inspecting, and organizing equipment in the shop, ensuring tools and machinery are in excellent working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on various equipment, such as power tools, construction machinery, and other rental items.
• Help with equipment loading and unloading, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, verifying the availability and condition of rental items.
• Assist customers with equipment selection, providing advice and ensuring they receive the appropriate tools for their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of equipment.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Shop Hand/Laborer at Rentall, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
