Shop Hand / Yard Hand Position

Seamless Supply is currently looking for a Shop Hand / Yard Hand to assist with daily operations. Work will be performed under the shop supervisor. Duties will be given on a daily basis.

Compensation

New hire will be classified as an hourly employee DOE.

Basic Duties

• Unloading flat stock
• Cutting flat stock to the correct size
• Loading coils on to the roll forming machine
• Assist customers with loading and unloading any orders
• Ensure the work and shop area remain neat and tidy
• Maintain yard
• Unload & check-in shipments
• Haul trash
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds
• Equipment and fork-lift operational experience is a plus
• Sheet metal experience is a plus
• General Construction knowledge is a plus
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude and the ability to follow directions given by the shop supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
