Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and versatile Shop Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including cleaning the shop, loading trucks, cleaning equipment, making orders, and various other duties essential to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop area
- Load and unload trucks with equipment and materials
- Clean and inspect equipment regularly
- Assist in making and managing inventory orders
- Perform various tasks as assigned to support daily operations
- Adapt to changing schedules and work hours based on project requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to changing schedules
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
