Job Duties:
- Duties involve interpretation, classification, and consolidation of data from various sources, the preparation, maintaining, and filing of reports, records, forms, schedules, correspondence, etc., in accordance with established and prescribed routines. Must be familiar with all procedures and capable of performing duties associated with assigned functions.
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as directed in home or other departments. May be assigned to perform duties in connection with receiving, placing and transferring telephone calls.
- Does typing incidental to assignment.
- In performance of work may operate various office equipment, including computer, as assigned.
- Work is subject to check and verification.
- May assign work and instruct clerks of lower classification.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Courses in business education beyond high school to include typing, keyboarding, computer hardware and software (word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.) skills
- Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience encompassing the above duties.
