Shoe Designer

Job Overview
MISS ME seeking a talented and creative Shoe Designer to join our team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative designs for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand image.

Duties
- Create original designs for shoes and/or other fashion accessories
- Develop sketches, patterns, and prototypes using traditional or digital methods
- Collaborate with the product management team to understand customer preferences and market trends
- Conduct research on current fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques
- Work closely with manufacturers to ensure that designs are produced accurately and within budget
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual materials for promotional campaigns
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new techniques or technologies into design processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Shoe Designer in the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fashion styling, and color theory
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other design software
- Ability to sew using a sewing machine is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
