Job Description
Summary: Hiring a Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk II with at least 2 years of experience and knowledge in production-related systems.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education
May require vocational or technical education or certification
Responsibilities:
Perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties
Use computer system for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting
Follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules, and requirements
Receive incoming materials or prepare materials for shipment
Verify quantity, weight, conformance of materials to stated identifications; log receipt of items on system
Process freight bills, packing sheets, other documents; report materials shipped and bills of lading; post weight and shipping charges; route merchandise to destinations
Provide support in manufacturing operations or distribution centers including assembly, machinery processing, packaging or distribution of company products
Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in continuous production/processing operation
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
