Shipping/Receiving Clerk - 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 2pm-10:30pm)

If so, Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is hiring a SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK responsible for daily completion of tasks integral to the operation and overall performance of the warehouse.  The SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK will be cross trained in all areas of the warehouse and will be qualified to complete all tasks and will work closely with warehouse team members to ensure daily and weekly tasks are being completed on-time and according to standard operating procedures.

As a SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for following all Plant and Safety policies and procedures, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Complete daily and weekly tasks using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure quality and repeatable results.
• Effectively communicate job knowledge and process changes with team members and management thru various forms of daily communication (shift handover meeting, daily production meetings, action logs, work orders, etc).
• Complete and maintain written documentation of shipping records, inventory checks, quality inspections, work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials and forklift check lists.
• Perform quality inspection of raw material and product using SOP’s as a guide.
• Report safety and/or equipment issues to leadership.
• Examine truck load contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
• Unload finished goods and raw material deliveries utilizing a forklift (after internal certification has been issued).
• Perform other various job duties as required.

Qualified candidates will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred 
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience (must achieve certification)
• Demonstrated and effective use of computer skills such as MS office, Teams, OneNote, and email.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
• Shift work including days, evenings, overnight shifts, and up to 12 hrs.
• Overtime including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/move 8-12 hours per day.
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs/ladders throughout shift.
• Ability to work outdoors occasionally, exposed to the outside conditions, for short periods of time.
• Ability to work around moving vehicles/robots.
• Excellent hand / eye coordination including manual dexterity.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including (but not limited to) bump cap, safety steel toe shoes and safety glasses. 

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position within the state of Arizona.

Pay starts at $20.00
