Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operational oversight of their designated team. Shipping Leads are key to ensuring all devices are shipped to patients in a timely manner. As the Lead, they are the 2IC for the Shipping Manager, and will help with training and developing the Shipping team. Must hit KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to develop and progress in company.

Shifts Days and Times: Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30PM and Saturday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

In addition to patients, your customers may be coworkers, clinics, the Zynex sales team, etc.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates ability to engage in good people management skills and motivate the team.
• Serves as 2IC to shipping Manager.
• Point of contact for shipping related issues with support of Shipping Manager.
• Effectively manages employee concerns and implements plan to address concerns with support of Shipping Manager.
• Ability to lead others while leveraging contributing tasks.
• Consistently achieve team KPI while ensuring high self-performance.
• Identify and propose solutions to bottlenecks within the department.
• Responsible for engaging with other departments/department Leadership as necessary.
• Identify and implement ways to increase efficiency within the department.
• Work alongside team to achieve daily goals and complete tasks.
• Follow department process accurately and fully 100% of the time.
• Understands internal business processes and can facilitate any necessary measures to maintain internal business process. (What to do if ZBS/Endicia, etc. is down, what to do if the power goes out, etc.)
• Ability to perform all aspects of shipping department – including cross training in supplies shipping.
• Ensures all patient orders received are shipped within a timely manner. (Less than 24 hrs.)
• Dress and interact professionally in a warehouse/office environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Works a flexible schedule to support all shifts if needed.
• Work alongside team trainer to curate training plan for new hires and tenured employees.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree beneficial.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Fast-paced, high-volume professional production/warehouse environment with frequent interruptions.
• Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and multi-line telephones.
• Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
