Effectivelytrain and coach team members in specific job duties. Must follow standardizedwork instructions.  Demonstrate ability to apply customer specificationsaccurately and reasonably and assist less experienced team members. Promotessafe workplace/identify and report unsafe conditions, follow safety rules, worksuccessfully in a team environment.  Must be reliable with an excellentattendance record, support HOS and 5s and maintain accurate and legiblerecords.  Ability to closely monitor part numbers, labels, warehouseplacement and shipping instructions to ensure customer orders are processedaccurately and on time.  
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all duties of an experience Logistic professional
  • Process Inbound and Outbound domestically and internationally shipments
  • Performed weekly Cycle Counts and yearly Physical Inventory
  • Stock and Ensure Inventory is replenished
  • Trained New Team Members
  • Audit tech parts list to ensure inventory is correct
  • Perform daily Reports pertaining to revenue
  • Understand lean processes and continuous improvements and apply them
  • Able to communicate via email with business on shipping issues
  • Able to handle large volume of incoming and outcoming material
  • Assist in areas related to shipping and receiving
  • Team engagement and knowledge sharing
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUSTHAVE:

  • HS Diploma
  • 2+ years of inventory and warehouse management
  • 1+ year of SAP knowledge
  • Microsoft

WEVALUE:

  • CRM experience
  • Associate Degree
