Shipping & Receiving Clerk (UPS/FedEx Online orders)

PLEASE READ FIRST!! Must have recent experience processing online UPS/FedEx shipments!!

Manufacting company in Camarillo, CA is looking for an Shipping & Receiving Clerk. Must have at least 2-3 years of recent experience within a manufacturing/warehouse setting and know how to process UPS/Fedex shipments solely online. The company is looking for the right candidate to hire permanently.

Duties:

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING FEDEX and UPS shipping and receiving computer systems.

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders

- Unload and inspect packages for damages or discrepancies

- Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips and bills of lading

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

- Use warehouse equipment such as order pickers and RF scanners to fulfill orders

- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or other transportation vehicles

- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments

- Maintain accurate inventory records using MRP system or other software

- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock replenishment and organizing the warehouse
