Shipping Lead
Bolger is looking for an outgoing, energetic, Shipping Department lead to work FULL TIME at our Como location. If you are ready to join a dynamic growing team then this position is for you!

A day in the life as a Shipping Lead
First off, we've been in business for a long time, so that means that we have several qualified people that will be available to train you and get you up to speed quickly. We want you to know exactly how to do your job and what to expect going forward.
Working as a Shipping lead will give you the opportunity to do lots of different things. It's really a mix of efficient freight delivery lanes for Bolger Vision Beyond Print Facilities. Monitoring workflow in all areas that affect the requirements of each customer's freight, as well as anticipating & resolving issues that may alter schedules on shipping times and mailing, and taking the initiative needed to provide our customers with a positive experience all rolled into one awesome job. Primarily, you will be establishing and maintaining strong relationships with sales representatives, production project managers, account managers and production staff, whether over the phone, via email, online, or in person.

What you will need to be qualified for this job
To be qualified for this job, you've got to have a positive and caring attitude. You'll be responsible for understanding transportation routing of truckload, LTL and USPS mailing freight requirements, so it is vital that you have experience working with USPS mailings and have an understanding of postal regulations. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, experience in the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to work quickly and efficiently. And finally, since it isn't likely that you have used all the systems that your new job will require, you've got to be willing to jump in and learn how to use our systems and provide feedback on things that we can improve.
