$500 Sign On Bonus after successful completion of first 90 days of employment. Earn $22.00 per hour (+ 10% Shift Differential) for a total rate of $24.20 per hour.

Nashville - Shipping Crew Lead - 2nd Shift (Reporting to Shipping Supervisor)  - Receive over 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year!

Wilson Sporting Goods would like to announce an opening for our Nashville Warehouse in our Shipping Department. We are seeking a talented 2nd ShiftShipping Crew Lead  (Hours- 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) who has experience in the warehouse distribution environment to join the 2nd Shift Team. This position will disseminate the daily Shipping processing schedule to the crew they are assigned.

Essential duties and responsibilities of the Crew Lead position include:

• Verify Orders
• Arrange teams and disseminate daily workload
• Perform packing and shipping processes
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
• Full-time Wilson Associate
• Previous leadership experience a plus
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills are a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
