About the Role:
Come and join the fastest growing confectionary company in the world! As the Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking the movement of finished goods and inventory levels. In this role, you'll also manage all aspects of receiving, shipping and inventory, while keeping accurate records using SAP. The Shipping Coordinator reports into the Warehouse Manager.
The hours of this position are Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating of stock transfer orders
- Physical/ systematic inventory destructions
- Responsible for monthly movement data collection
- Run Adhoc reports/investigations
- Perform all functions of inventory and related duties in SAP
- Assist accounting and group leaders by investigating large discrepancies in stock takes and inventory compare reports
- Create and maintain a Daily Hold Report of Finished Goods and Packaging in the Warehouse
- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure proper release process for Shipping, Rework to Production, and Hog Feed
- Post Good Receipts in SAP for Purchase Orders
- Respond to any incident and provide all necessary information for the completion of forms
- Ensure pre-op monitoring checks and Critical Control Points are completed
- Ensure staff has proper use of PPE and GMP's, maintaining with HACCP and ISO standards
- Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintained
- Provide necessary training to team members on proper processes to ensure targets are met/exceeded within Ferrero standards
- Train Shipping staff on GLOBE/SAP shipping functions
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Knowledge of loading trailers / transportation
- Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership and teambuilding skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Knowledge of inventory/ warehouse operations
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
